SPOTTED (Illustration Friday)

Your eyes may get knotted
Before they have spotted
A rare bird
Beyond words...
The Greater Spotted Dot-Head.

Colour pencil drawing then photoshop.

My eyes did get knotted,
before I spotted,
that crazy bird,
in a word,
I feel dizzy,
but I won't have a tizzy,
I think I'll just eat some tums.
love

Would have been sad
Had I forgotted;
Would have been bad
Had I not audited
And written a tad
'Bout this bird spotted.

Well, now my head hurts, trying to come up with poetry.

Hey, great bird... I'll have to show this to my mom-in-law, who is a birdwatcher extradinaire.

Peace.

Unknown.. I like what you talk-l from your snorkle! I hope you get un-knotted, and the shark is not besotted.

Twisselman.. thanks for the poetry you have jotted. Be interesting to see if your mom-in-law has spotted a Greater Spotted Dot-Head, but maybe she's forgotted.

Valgalart.. thanks! I don't know how many laps there are, no one's told me.

MerlinPrincesse.. eeeee bof I know exactly what you mean somethinious. Might be Austaralian but you'd have to ask an Ozzie bird to be sure. Anonymous could'nt tell a bird from a banana!

Hardwax.. glad you're knot notted! It also makes quite a good dance if you use your feet.

Cookie.. chocoholic frolic!

Andrea.. I'm glad you can see the spots, you are now completely bespotted by the Greater Spotted Dot-Head.

MerlinPrinter.. I've passed on your thanks to Mr Cribbins and he says "Hello people of Canada," but Jaques is nowhere to be seen!

String.. the jelly beans are in the eye of the beholder.

You drew the Greater Spotted Dot-Head.
Because the word this week was Spotted.
You created your picture.
With great colors and texture.
Too bad this poem was by IdiotHead.

IdiotHead..
I like your ditty kit
The words are a hit
They're said
From your head
And I'm glad you did it!

It´s always great to see how you work in perspectives and color schemes - and of course the birds are irresistible. I love when people twist the world into different shapes :)

Cristosova.. thanks, I am occasionally a twisted individual, sometimes twirly, and often round the bend!
