SIMPLE Illustration Friday

Behold this grid that's in my eye
A simple truth is all I spy
For events below
Above are ditto
A correspondence in the sky.

All things are in their place I see
My hand is where it ought to be
Reflected so high
Yet I wonder why
A bird appears to look at me.

All things happen right on chime
Every space a simple rhyme
Now I flow
Here we go
Oh my word is that the time!

On this occasion he was late
He's Arkan Barkum-Ten-Past-Eight.

I was RIGHT! You have been listening to "Give Booze A Chance" by the Bonzo Dog Do-Dah Band and drinking coffee WITH wigga wagga in it!!! Wow those colours are cool man :)

The blue face is simply fab...and the poem is fabulously simple, or is it the other way around...hmmm...well, I like 'em both. So there...it's pretty simple:>

Yowzah! What a vision. Is that a goldfish? I'm terrible at solving mysteries. I'm too literal-minded (left-brained?). Your poetry and illustrations are always more complex than the simplicity first presented. Way cool stuff.

Anonymous.. billowing clouds. I did'nt know Bill Owen had any clouds. Oh dear.

Atomicvelvetsigh.. it's good to escape. They hav'nt caught me, hope they hav'nt caught you either!

Carla.. I think it's kind of you to say either way round!

MerlinPrincesse.. last night I slept in the willows without pillows.

Twisselman.. why I did a red bird I don't know, plus the tail went about 4x wider with a filter I used, so I certainly distorted that one. Right-hand hat is good but eratic and left is definitely handy, could do a swap for a week. Riddly and be wriggly.

That is meant to say "riddly can be wriggly," incase it sounded a bit dubious!
