The Moon Bird SONG (ILLUSTRATION FRIDAY)
Some birds like to live in trees To catch the night with a breeze "The moon goes round And underground When it's seen between my knees."
The song of love is for the moon Therefore Moon Birds love to croon A tree may creak But what's the squeak? "It's not my beak that plays a tune!"
Thanks Carla! This was posted a couple of weeks ago but I've got work then bit of a big night this weekend, so convenient to enter it for this theme! I'm glad you like the song as well as the image. ..::)
Thanks everyone for your comments, only time for this quick response but mucho appreciated!! Having a bit of a boogie tonight, see you round the bend of time. ..::::::o

This is an excellent piece...I love the perspective and the colors. I feel as if I'm being pulled into the glow of the moon by the song of the bird!

I love the saturation of color! Very nice!
The pose and expression on the bird are totally priceless! Wonderfully silly tune also.

Poor Terry has been eating your tomatoes! Is he hanging yet?
